Project Planning and Execution & Contract Administration


  • Planning and scheduling site activities to ensure completion of the project within the time and budgetary parameters optimizing resource utilization.
  • Preparing technical specifications including network parameters, resource & task scheduling, resource deployment and team meetings for reviewing progress of the project
  • Identifying & developing vendors for all infrastructure requirements during roll outs
  • Deploying manpower & plan systems to manage execution of projects on time and as per budgeted parameters
  • Ensuring compliance of quality procedures as per client standards
  • Preparing BOM for individual sites, formulating new systems & processes for improving efficiency
  • Implementing plans for enhancing employee satisfaction
  • Provide training to staff members to follow all guidelines regarding safety, HSE & Quality
  • All safety measures are followed at work
  • Coordinating among consultants, contractors and clients
  • Interpreting contractual obligations & rights in the best possible interest of the contract
  • Analyzing & executing (Sub) Contracting Works
  • Evaluating the technical financial problems for reporting to the Management
  • Taking logs from the aggregators required by the vendors for troubleshooting purpose
  • Ascertaining the best quality, feasibility and price
